Welcome to Carent, your trusted car rental app. These Terms and Conditions (�Terms�) govern your use of the Carent mobile application and associated services provided across multiple countries. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Cancellations are accepted up to 6 hours before the scheduled transfer. Any airline-related changes after the driver departs will incur additional charges for rescheduled transfers.
The driver will wait at the arrival gate with a sign displaying your name but cannot enter the waiting hall due to restrictions. Driver details will be shared 12 hours prior to the transfer.
Please have exact change if paying the driver directly.
Complimentary WiFi is available at Dakar airport for your convenience.
The standard waiting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes. After this, a no-show charge will apply.
